An event not to be missed. The major fundraiser for 2010 was a Queen of Hearts themed ‘Royal Tea’ held on Sunday, May 16th at Le Parc, Banquet & Conference Centre in Thornhill.
There was live entertainment including Scott Christian on piano, members of Opera York, and the beautiful jazz vocalist June Garber. Greeted with a champagne punch, guests experienced unique designer boutiques, a spring hat parade, photos with the Queen of Hearts, a silent auction, balloon pop draws, an amazing heART Gallery, tea tastings and of course, the Royal Tea!
